DISCOVERY
1. Meet with the Executive team to understand the intention and utilization of the project.
2. Establish project goals. Work through feasibility, due dilegence, and budgets.
3. Sketch site plan and identify infrastructure, buildings, and amenities.
4. Formalize design, development and construction agreements and professional relationships.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
1. Create storyboards for design asethetics and function that align with your business ethos.
2. Design siteplans, floorplans and engineering.
3. Work with local building officials to obtain permitting.
4. Develop a Specifications document that contains design elements, building materials, and site work/landscaping.
CONSTRUCTION
1. Asign project manager and coordinate with all trades and subcontractors.
2. Initiate project schedule and budget processes through customer online portal.
3. Execute all phases of building with quality control inspections.
4. Manage interior design – furnishings and decor.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
1. Punchlist the project with customer and all relative trades.
2. Provide warranty for buildings and building systems.
3. Review setup, usability, and maintenance with customer.
