This mixed-use development includes a small intentional single-family residential community, extraordinarily designed short-mid-long-term rentals – both co-living and private options, RV sites, cafe/farm to table cuisine, local brew pub/microbrewery, a wild mix of amenities for all to share, and no doubt there will be some Asheville-bred complimentary bolt-on businesses.

We cater to locals and people passing through that want to experience Asheville the way we do. Imagine a River Arts flavor, Salvage Station vibe and the sustainability and beautiful design of Sierra Nevada wrapped into a resort in the mountains. There are eco-friendly homes, themed cabins with mad character, budget-friendly lodging and rentals, and eco-functional community gathering places. This is a place where style is equal to function, and sustainability compliments community, culture and diversity.

The collective dream to build, stay and play at Wunderland is gaining traction and will take a group of like-minded people to help make happen.  We’re looking for:

1. A handful of people who would like to purchase a ¼ acre +/- lot to build a home and become a resident or have a rental adjacent to a cool resort
2. Investors looking to Joint Venture in a sustainable development
3. Entrepreneurs seeking to establish a small sustainable complimentary business by bringing their passion to a community that supports wholesome businesses
4. Someone that already has a tract of land within 15-35 minutes of downtown Asheville and are willing to sell or partner with us on the development
5. Folks who own an RV and would love a fun local place to vacation or stay for a while, or would like to rent it to make money while they’re not using it

6. People to help create and build – Gardens, Building & Exterior Art, Exotic Vacation Rentals from hobbit huts to container builds to themed yurts
